Problem. Quest: rescue 907

I have problem on quest rescue 907.
I want to rescue Elves. But some Elves cant.

1. I asked prancy. (but i have 3 quest already)

2. I asked elves in ice cave.but i couldnt rescue them.

3. I abandon a quest. And i accepted quest from prancy.

4. I went to ice cave and told elves. But i couldnt rescue them.

5. I abandon rescue 907 quest. Then i accepted same quest again.

6. I went to ice cave and told elves. But i couldnt rescue them.

Talk to prancy again and there is a reset quest option
