The Smoke Bomb VIRUS!!

Hello, I'm back and reporting again..
As you can see in the picture, there's shadow veil(Rouge Skill) near auction and the ministrel..
I don't believe a rouge player did this, The first time Ive seen this was in Paradise Pier and now in Traveler's outpost( I called it a virus because its spreading in arlor)

This skill may last long 2 to 5 seconds and you can only see this bug by chance When you entered traveler's outpost or in paradise pier if it still exists there..

I hope you fix this, Some players are getting very laggy when they encounter this bug..
