Hey everyone, I know I don't usually..spam threads.
But this is a bit of a problem.
You see, since I got the update for Mothers day, I went and downloaded apps for plat.
When I went back to PL to see some things, I got disconnected. Thats not a surprise, but this is.
There was the old PL screen (with only bird mage and bear) and every single time I open PL, it updates, and it gets really annoying. I have some pics

So I have to go through an update process every time I open PL, and it takes a bit of a time. I don't want to go through it every time I check for plat.

I'm sorry to say that I do not know what's going on in your situation.
Have you tried to fully remove the game from your device, close out the apps and restart your device?
Maybe some kind of reset like that would help you out.

You can try to delete the app restart your device and reinstall

lol i had the same problem!!! turned out my system was clearing the files cus i had low disc space , on samsung galaxy tab 2

All you need to do is uninstall any cleaners / dump file cleaners you have installed on your device , they can sometimes keep clearing the pl package files . Also check for low memory space

This happened to me before. My cleaner app said it needed to remove some "unimportant files" to speed up my device. It removed important ones too. I had to uninstall and reinstall PL.

Yeah, says I have low memory space.
I had to clean out some apps I used for plat..and a crap Ton of pictures..

you can try to throw your phone into a wall. It might not solve the problem but atleast you will have something funny to tell your friends

Happens to be that you have been factory resetting your device for platinum.
This happens to me when you first download it from the app store Also when u log in it should go back to normal

This happens to me several times and it does it randomly as well. And it's not because of factory resetting.

Yes it's definitely a good idea to get rid of all your apps you've installed and get rid of your progress in games that don't involve creating an account to save your progress all just for a few bits of game money...

Yeah, I had some really big apps I installed for plat, and a whole ton of trash pictures. Once they got deleted, I reinstalled PL, and it was fine then.
