Even 1v1 Samael hs become ridiculously OP. I was in a match where I got 1 skill off and waited several seconds for the mage to kill me (he got three fireballs off). So, I just danced in place while Sammy slapped me up.

I'd like to see Samael removed from PVP totally.

^ Virtual high-five for this. Then again, I'm that pariah who would like to see pets eliminated from PvP all together - like it was when PvP first came out. Since that will probably never happen, I am inclined to agree with Al on this suggestion.

I would just say make a special twink money spender server so I dont get lvl 11 people with glacian hammerjaw or samael, theres no fun in a game were youre absolutely chanceless.(talking bout pvp idc about pve)

Oh yeah and if u have plat buy misty she has the chance on removing knockouts/stun etc. Or jus try to stun ur enemy with crawly altough its a noobish pet:3

How else is the mage suppose to win then. It's all about crowd control and stun for a mage. And mind you, to get that stun combo on you takes precise timing and skill.

You're experienced enough crow, you should be able to notice the obvious workaround on sorcerer's deadliest tactic ATM; stunlock.
From my experience, it's all about surviving long enough conserving mana until the second hor then chopping up the shieldless bluebutt.

PvP would be altogether more skill-oriented without something as OP as samael. Skill as in ability to think and compile several tactics and combos with your own spells/skills, not rely on a panic to win. Seriously 1v1's nowadays are all about if stun pet works - if yours doesn't and the opponent's does, gf.

although i dont want them to remove pet spamming, i would like them to treat panic as a stun, or if not, at least have a few secs of immunity. pet spamming samael is quite good on elites. you get your money's worth XD. just my opinion though.
