Vanity drops randomly in a mission, and dropchances vary. EG Bats, black druidic top and relic weapons r hard to find (nearly imppossible) while finding green biker stuff is way more easier to find. Check prices in auction, the more rare an item drops the higher the price usually is.
Btw some vanity can b bought wth platinum or u can get it during an event, other vanity drops in a mission.
