It's a suggestion, yes there is an app for it, on ios i use myverizon which tells me how much data I've used From the last time i payed my bill, but this will tell us how much data arabce legend used that hour

The android data tracker actually breaks down what applications are using the data for you. not sure if you can find a similar feature in iOS
