hello everyone, how does one stay at level 1, be able to hang out in club sanctuary club street, and have 0 pve kills and like have over 1k ctf kills???

what you do is
1) create your toon
2) restart the game
3) before you press play on your title page, go to the options tab and disable exp gain
4) complete tutorial but you dont get exp for it

Likely this certain lvl1 had spent much time with lvl3's and 4's in PvP. If the k/d ratio was hi, I'd instead insist that he/she generated fake lvl1-3's to kill. Being @lvl1 is really just for fun, you can't really do much with it.
