• Another Tradeable Elixir Kit has been added to Locked Grand Crates: Class Loot! The Class Loot Elixir will cause drops 25% of the time to be appropriate for your class. For example, if you are a Sorcerer you will be 25% more likely to get staves, Sorcerer Armor, or high INT item drops when the Class Loot Elixir Effect is active.

I remember this type of elixir was in PL, but in PL the bosses dropped all the loot. Most of the loot now comes in chests/crates, and the loot that does drop from bosses is usually already class specific. For example, the boss that drops the magma claymore only drops the magma claymore. And the boss that drops the kraken skewer only drops that. Does this elixir work when opening chests or crates? I guess I just don't see the effectiveness of this elixir given the way the drops are set up in AL. The only use I can think of is for elite legendary helms and armor where the boss that drops for one class usually drops for all. As far as I know, the good rings and amulets all come from chests/crates, and the elite weapons all are already class specific in the boss they drop from.

Edit- Best time to farm Archon rings for your character! But remember, the drop rate of Archon will be same. You'll just have 25% chance to loot the ring of YOUR class.
