StS can't help you with that, only the provider can so only nativex can. Patience youg'un

Emailed last saturday and still haven't received my platinum or a response from Nativex. The wait time says 3 days. Is spacetime support able to help with this at all?
No, they are not in charge of getting you your platinum if it is not specifically from their company. Sorry bro
NativeX usually replies mine within 1-2 days lol.
Well their in spacetimes game so that's just bad support. Glad they answered your emails.
Also seems the Nativex interface needs to be fixed. Receiving your platinum should not be hit or miss.
