best weapon ive ever used and currently use is

flaming sword of legend (purchase with plat)

39-43 damage, 0.9 speed, 7 str. 2/hs
+ chance of additional FIRE damage!

i have 71 dps wielding it and im an enchantress



theres some swamp rats croc tooth sword or sumthin that u loot in the swamps thats ment to be good to but i havnt looted it yet

You do know that there is an option so edit your posts, right? (no offence intended)
so you could have just added "or best shield" to your original post.

Perhaps you should remember your own advice the next time you decide to "update" your guilds thread.

I'm going to have agree with Violentsaint if we're talking DPS wise- the flaming 1h swords usually yield the most DPS for str required 1h weapons.
