So i just looted a magmatic helm of brutality (i dont know the exact name but i do know its of brutality )level 41, and i was very happy then i went to the auction and i found out there were none... So i dont know the price, can someone tell me ?

Very good helmet! It is the best magma helmet IMO for rogue, so it should sell for pretty high.

In auction the armor is worth 1m, but it has 2 exceptional gems, so the helm should cost like 800k with normal gems right?

I dont think it is worth much. Even the armor you see is 2 exceptional gems doesnt mean it will be sold for that price. For rogues almost everyone prefers mythic to magma because they need damage, not armor

Those people tend to play warriors.. Rogues are all about damage
Besides the armor increase is not worth the damage drop

For rogue it is:

Mythics = maximum damage, lowest armor of the three.
Brutality = medium damage, medium armor.
Will = lowest damage of the three, maximum armor.

Brutality didn't work for me. There are cases where you want to deal damage so you use mythics and others where you don't want to be oneshot, where Will comes into play. The middle option gives a little of both but it just didn't work out for me.

For warrior, be a tank and stick with Will. Extra damage does heal more but the purpose of HoR is to draw aggro and provide pot time, not heal.
