    Default Google + Authentication Not Working on Google Chrome

    Updated May 23 at 12:15 PM CST:

    A fix for this issue is in place and you should now be able to log in via the Chrome client for Arcane Legends.

    Please know that the current workaround will bring up a new tab to have you agree to have Arcane Legends view your email address and your basic G+ account information. In a future version of the client, we will have this verification appear in the same tab as the game.

    Our apologies for any inconvenience caused by this issue.

    The Spacetime Development Team is investigating an issue that is not allowing players to play on the latest version of Chrome using Google + to authenticate.

    Our apologies for the difficulty with this issue. We will report here any updates to address this problem.

    In the meantime, other users have reported that they have been successful at playing on the Android or iOS version of Arcane Legends.

    hmm. this would mean no tokens and daily chests until the issue is fixed, not to mention missing the 2x XP week... im sure STS will do something to make it up, (i hope).

    ya i was thinking the same thing....there are people that play this game that dont live at home with mom and dad...who only get to play on down time...between life.
    kids..the wife...the pets...and lets not forget THE BILLS....and now i might miss out on a dbl xp weekend. i even took the time to email support..and you know what they told me...sorry, theres nothing at aLLLLLL we can do. youl have to get another device to play it on...
    REALLY?....really?
    your resolution is for me to buy another device to play your game....lol
    i gave a 1 star for feedback afterwards and left a very nice comment

    lets fix this now plz guys..and some compensations for those who are having the trouble is most DEFINITELY in order.....

    since yesterday morning for me, and whats happening is right after i enter my gmail/google + password and click the "login&play" button it opens a little square window in the middle of the screen then dissapears almost instantly then it shows the "login&play" button again...this repeats every single time i click on the button.

    any luck yet? anyone at all? ....that doesnt involve me figuring out how to minipulate google chrome with all this bu**s**t update garbage...

    Calm down bro. Programming at this level is complicated. One little error and the whole thing goes to hell.

    Something in v35/v36/v37 was incompatible with the current game's authentication process.

    Now they're working to fix it. That should be enough.
