As soon as it's live you have to update by opening your play store for android or the App store for the iOS users...if you didn't do it...in a span of 2 hours,they will make you forcelfully to update the App that is they will show the Update option when you open AL app....it's better if you follow forums.

Well as Sam said they will get live by Late afternoon which means 11:00 AM-12:00 PM...the present time in Texas is 9:00 AM exact,so 2-3 hrs we need to wait,anyways if we want good content we need to wait for some time it's worth waiting.
