At L51-61 is typically where they dominate, especially L61.

A good Mage at 56 can take anything except running bears, a good Mage at 61 can take anything. A good Mage at 66 can take anything. A good pure Mage at endgame if you play it right doesn't really have problems with anything except maybe some savage pallys and dex birds, and lucky bears, I'd recommend 61

Yep, and if you don't have the cash for lilith or demo wand set, do 56, it's the best alternative.

He's running full int at 20. I'm sure arm buff would help and he doesn't have the best of things. He does have a lot of m/s from the gear I've seen him wear. He had alch and candle and some int weps. So I'm sure arm buff helps a lot when you're full int/ int gear

To sum it up, a good pure mage at endgame doesn't really have problems with other pure mages.

61 for sure. Orlok bears are a pain, but I loved my Lilith Mage.

61 is best if you can handle the price of gear
