Skill charge effects

Probably a dumb question but I can't seem to find this info anywhere in the forum. Can someone tell me where to find what charging skills adds for the skills for all classes? I know for some skills, the upgrades tell you what charging the skill adds but for others, there doesn't seem to be any information.

Charging skills will increase the damage by 25%, which means you deal total of 125% damage. It also triggers what the upgrades say it does Thats all.
