Every time I go into the game, it gets stuck at fetching news while it is loading. It has previously worked and now will not work. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling.

Have you tryed restarting your device and/or disconnecting and reconnecting to your internet?

Hrm, even if it fails it should always be less than 10 seconds on fetching news - is it taking longer than that?
Yes, it stays on that screen forever. I left it on for over an hour while I went to dinner and it didn't change.

Unfortunately I don't have a workaround for this one, other than trying from a different wifi network, or 3g, etc. I believe this is fixed in the next app submission (which changes the way that part of the loading process works), but can't be sure since I can't reproduce it here.
