Open egg accidentally

Ok I looted gyrm and I had a hard time looting it when I go to stash i un equip all my gear to switch to my other char when accidentally open gyrm I already send a case to sts but they haven't fix it and my gyrm is lvl 1 never use thanks

They don't do it right away. Give them a day or two. Normally they will revert it back to egg form if you haven't leveled it or show no interest in using it.

It can take some days to get fixed.

Send an email to Spacetime Games Support. As long as you have a valid reason, they will put your pet back into its egg form
