Mithyc weapon cant upgrade to lvl 36

my friends his char names is kingraptors, yesterday he is finished all quest to upgrade mithyc armor and helm, but his helm not fully upgrade to lvl 36 and his armor now is lvl 36 but his helm still lvl 26, i hope sts fix this error thank you

Helm is an extra quest.

he has find all quest on player guide, but still get nothing, and last quest he do is finding missing part, destroy drum and box in kraken isle all missing part and return to jerry in shuyal town. this is maybe have some bug, please fix it

Maybe your fren not done doing quest missing fragmant,im done this quest about 6 hour,we must replay till got 15 fragmant
