Horn of renew bug

This mainly happens in 5v5 and sometimes smaller fights as well, but my horn of renew wont heal allies.. ill be standing right in the middle of my team yet im the only one getting the green shield. Ive tested this outside of combat as well...

This was a nerf long ago.

When you get the globe around you, there is a few seconds you have to wait before you can get another globe around you. I don't remember how many seconds it is before you can get another globe. Maybe 8 seconds.

So if you get a globe but then a warrior teammate uses charge heal next to you before the 8 second globe cooldown , you won't get the globe but you will get healed.
