If you are banned, it would tell you that you are banned.

This either means that the servers are down or that the signal coming from the server isn't very strong. Normally this is caused by your device's internet connection and can often times be fixed by restarting your phone.

or u may be using some software (called VPN may b) to change ur location

Pretty sure that is a problem with your internet connection. Something along the way between where you are and where the servers are on the east coast of the USA. Especially if you see this with all legends games. Try playing on a different internet connection to compare.

Most companies do not host their own servers anymore. It's just not worth the investment usually. With the high speed internet connections that we all have, it's just easier to outsource that and let someone else worry about it.
