Umm, segregation is illegal

PS: English is the odd ball language. We are the only language with articles and one of the few to derive meaning from clauses instead of only verb agreement. We also have an inclitic language with no universal rule on ending use nor a way of spotting exceptions (unlike Latin which has rules to identify most exceptions).

A suggestion to throw everyone of a specific ethnicy (pinoy) onto a separate server is segregation. I am not sure what else you would call it. Also, last I checked it is illegal (not to mention unethical).
