I wonder if the party gets more XP than solo, i mean as to the one monster.
Running a map with a party does get you more experience per kill than running solo. The more people you have in your party, the more exp you'll receive. You do not necessarily have to be in an organized party, meaning it will still work if you are in a map with 3 strangers.
You also get more experience when you run with players who are a higher level than you, mainly because the enemies will normally scale to their level, ultimately increasing their difficulty. So if you want the maximum free exp, run with a full party of lvl 41 players.
If you want the maximum xp gain possible:
- Run with full party/map.
- Run with lvl 41's
- Buy a +50% experience elixir
- Buy a Combo Elixir (+60% xp)
- Run with an Abaddon (pet) +10% xp
- Play on a double xp weekend.

I'm level17 now, how can I level up quickly? Second, can someone explain me of the right column of the inventory, which shows 'vanity' how it works, can add som armor? Third, I got many golden chest, except weapon and armor etc, does pet inside? Or I only can get it from auction store. Thanks gentle man.
At your level, i would suggest running the dead city maps or Watchers' Tomb 4.
Lvl 17-22: Dead City/Watchers Tomb 4
Lvl 22-23: Kraken Isles
Lvl 23-30: Nordr
Lvl 30-36: Shuyal
Lvl 36-41: Tindirin
Vanity items are items (armor, helm, banner) that do not offer a stat boost, and they can be worn on top of your other armor. These items are just for looks. You can get vanity items from the in-game plat store, or you can search for them in the consignment store.
Pets are not inside the golden chests. You can check the stable for descriptions on how to get these pets. Some pets are lootable from defeating certain bosses and mobs, plat-purchase via stable, gold-purchase via consignment, rare gift from Klaas, and from opening locked crates.
For lvling up I would do the dead city-dead city, the dead city-arcanum grounds, these maps both have quite good xp gain, wt4 is the best but it's hard to find a pt there.(wt4 stands for watchers tomb level 4, found in travelers outpost).
