Guild Bulletin Board

I just thought that it might be cool to have a guild bulletin board inside the guildhalls since a lot of players are on different timezones and there are times that they dont get to receive important guild announcements. Yes there social networks, but not everybody uses it. In the board, anyone can post but they could only delete the posts that THEY posted and only the master is able to delete any posts regardless of who posted it. Your thoughts whether negative or positive would be appreciated.

The forums are the assumed place to do this. +1 to being in game as well, but I doubt it will be added.
