When you upgrade mythic to level 36(I think that's what level) kind of new to lv41. Do you lose the socketed gems?

It's 26 to 36 and 31 to 36 and yes you lose the gems

Yes, I just found this out. Used 320 plat to craft the gems, upgraded them, and lost my gems. Depressing ._.

That's how STS gets you, no warning before upgrading. Would adding "Upgrading will cause you to lose your gems" hurt them? No, they're just lazy. While I'm on it, we need "Are you sure?" warnings before buying elixirs, opening locks, pets, ect. I just wasted 90 plat on malison. Didn't buy him on purpose.

PS: Sorry if I came across rude when I called them lazy, just a lack of a better word. I know they're not lazy, they're working hard on this massive event coming up, but this warning system should have been implemented along time ago.

That exists, there's a confirmation option in the settings interface to double check before purchasing an item. Additionally, you're creating an entirely new item. Why would the gems carry over?

Yeah it's a new item, we already spent 2-3 days crafting. I personally think we should have them carry over

I guess for L31 twinking? I really don't see the point of L31 twinking though as the cost of it is around the same as end game. You might as well go endgame at that point.

At 31, I can get away with 300k worth of Tarlok and still be as good as the mythic newbs

I was also talking about the armor, I said the helms for twinking. I never really see many mythic armors in 31 PvP and I always see many gemmed mythic armors in CS.
