He will randomly appear, which is very rare. So just gotta keep killing in arena.
hi! i completed killed spiders ap's with rutger, stahl and glob without everyone died, and also with pumpkin to rutger without anyone hit by a pumpkin, but how come i didnt get those 2 ap's? thanks

Its Bugged. Ive had to do a few of em two or three times. Happy hween (rutger, pumpkins) seems to be the worse as far as not giving the ap.

Once you start an elite fight with a boss, you cannot invite help. In order to invite anyone you have to reset the map.
