Returning to PL!

Hello there pocket legend players!

I haven't played this game now for near on 2 years, I'm now returning due to not having the time for my mayjor MMO's at the moment so I thought with the little spare time I have I shall be playing here! A few questions for you guys and girls,

Is the player base still stong here?

Is there a lot to catch up on? A lot of things changed etc?

Last time I played I got to level 57 archer and a 50 Mage is this still pretty decent levels?

I'm from the UK and always up for a chat or some hunting/grinding so please feel free to add me

Yup those are decent levels. Do sentinel on your mage and glyph xbow on your bird.

Not much has changed lol. PvP has taken a hit for the worst esp. at endgame. 76 is the max cap for over a year now. And they added new veteran rewards lol.

I like to boost noobs and help them level etc

I carnt remember the rooms etc for boosting them :P

It's been near on 2 years since I last played, poped on last night for afew runs but my memory is terrible and iv pretty much forgotten everything lol...

The pic below is my gear and stats, now I'm all for PvE, dungeon runs, farming, boosting noobs, can anyone enlighten me as to what kit I should be using and what stats I should be aiming for? From what I remember is I was stacking pure dex for DPS but I'm lost now lol :S

What gear to use and what build depends on what your goals are.
Are you going endgame? That's what I'd recommend for farming.
Only reason I could see for not going end game if you only pve would be if you were going to farm a particular set like, say 56 glyph gear. Some items can only be farmed by the corresponding level.
For instance once you get to lv58 you can't get lv56 drops but a 57 could.
As for your stats if you are used to pure dex, I'd stick with that, it maximizes what the bird can do best. Personally a have warbirds because I join pugs a lot and random ppl sometimes suck out loud. A str/dex bird does less damage but has better survivability.

Thanks for the reply, yes I'll be suing mainly for PvE lvling farming boosting noobs and stuff, do I wanna be aiming for max DPS weapons or more damage output weapons?

Edit: also looking for some sort of item list if one even exists as to know what kind of kit I'm looking for.

Damage vs dps:
More dps is sometimes better when fighting mobs, but usually more damage is best vs a boss because their higher armor value. If you use a high dps/low damage weapon vs a boss like baron gobble you're going to be there a long time. Go for damage.
