A limited time recipe! Allows the owner to craft a Leprechaun Blood Pendant! (STR)

WTH is this supposed to mean? None of the other threads seem to know either. Sam "thinks" it adds +3 stat to yur already owned pendant.?.? But can anyone really explain this legit? Thks

It adds +3 str to lep... the recipe calls for 1 lep (or Jack, if you choose that), 10 elondrian essence and I think 10 blood essence. The fire adds +3 dex and mage, +3 int.
