Smartress - Level 55 Enchantress
Superwise - Level 47 Archer
Swordpanda - Level 53 Warrior
Assume you can only choose one for use, not for trade (make gold) purpose.

Arcane. I have both, the gun is cool but yeah. Does not proc like the new mythic bow.
The price is right though, you can get a mythic rifle for pretty cheap already. It's not a bad weap by any means, I just prefer the feel of using a staff.

The gun process root effect reduces dodge of those enemies affected by 100% and armor by 25% for a short period of time, i wish it does some poison damage over time as well.
Kershal stats is good but i prefer good process (gun does without needing to charge) and also mythic gun gives you armor which is much needed for mage during process.
It just never really procs much.. So why would you choose a weap with less stats over a rare proc?
I'll have to use it more though. Maybe I will change my mind.
Gun process shield everytime your fire it (stacks 5x), i guess you have to use more. For root process same as maul you wont get always but process often enough but of course sometime in PVP you want to root them it never seems to get so depends on luck if it process and Gun is auto aim and there's range for gun in PVP so can hit and run from Warrior.

As Candy said, Staff compared is better than gun in every aspect. More health, dmg, dps, crit. It is arcane. It os obvious it will be best sorcerer weapon, and still,
it will be slightly better than next mythic weapon for sorcerer. That was with previous arcanes. They have it's prices, and they are absolutley worth it.

he dont even have a mage. sigh...
not rlly, samael price is stable at 25m and is very easy to sell, on the other hand staff is dropping 'everyday' and 10 times harder to sell in comparison to samael.

For sure the Kershal price will go back up. I think once people realize the gun isn't as op as they thought, that staff will become a hot commodity once again.
Yes the 'shield' procs every time you fire, but tbh it doesn't do anything great. The root is the proc we all want to see, and when I see that killer rogue bow shoot 10x bush to my 1x of root it makes me feel like mage rifle isn't as great.
well maybe im wrong either way the new mythic might be closely stronger or slightly stronger than the arcanes
