Are there any players left in 21?
I thought about heading back to L21, because it's been my favorite level for PvP ever since S4, but I've seen a few threads that say that everyone is L23? It doesn't really bother me to level up to L23, but it seems so weird o.O I'd rather stay L21 haha, much more becoming of my OCD, 21 is a more pleasurable number. xD If anyone has input on this, it'd be greatly appreciated. I just wanna know if there are many L20-L21 PvPers anymore.

Yes 21 is still active.
Also if you feel 21 is not that fun you can lv up to 22 or 23.
Well of course I'd stay at 21, but I didn't know if there's like 10 L21's and 100 L23's, because if there's a ton more, I'd like to level to L23 so I can see more active players and more to compete.
I also find it a bit strange I mean, people tend to PvP at the capping levels so that is why I guess 22-23 sounds a bit weird.
i suggest bro you to play lvl 22 you can fight lvl 21 and lvl 23 at the same time hehehe.
