Why 9 blind instead of 8?

Either one is good, depends on play style also. I like to run and heal real quick, so I don't use break, I use heal. I also see break as a good mage killer, but I find ways around not using it. Break on bears is basically a waste, considering you'll be dead by wasting the time to use it.

With 9 Heal, it is efficient in DM, but kinda worthless for CTF because mages can heal. But I think heal is necessary for ones who don't have 2/3 piece. If you do, heal is not really needed because of the dodge.
