Help with lvl 25 dex nuke bear!

Ok so i decided i was going to get into 25 pvp for dex bears and im pretty sure i got all the right gear. My gear consists of 25 dex bone helm, pink fbow lvl 20(just because i can use it on all my 20+ pvp characters which is convenient), and a Halloween marrow mantle dex lvl 25, but the one thing i am lacking is a good skill set up or build and a combo order that just dominates. Although my combo usually consists of me just beckoning slashing with all my slashes including cb then stomping, which works well but i need something above average!
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

like for me the shivering(i am level 35)
is outstanding but it really looks bland

Well thanks for the advice, but i am basically looking for a skill build and order for spells that will work well

oh like debuffs buffs pretty much, idk if you for dodge at the level
