Help - problem to support

Hey everyone, can I ask some help?
I need to make an account for support and report a problem on my account. The thing is, I cant make an account.

I tried making trough facebook, but heres what happen after i fill up email and password on facebook.



If i use spacetime e mail which requires e mail add, after i put my e mail , nothing happen. I cant also receive email from spacetime on gmail.
I keep trying for almost 3 days now and same things happen, please help me!

They have been EXTREMELY rude to me lately...especially for a "support" team.

As for the OP, not enough info on what u did to help you on what u did wrong. Making an acct was effortless for most of us so we dont understand what problem you are having.

Make sure you are creating an acct and not trying to sign in to one that doesnt exist.
