Thing about fractals is that they are only really worth it if you want to make instanced pve content part of your go-to content in GW2. If you decide to do that (and I can only encourage you to, pve instanced content is THE best pve content imo), theres some preparation you need to do that nobody really tells you about up snaptube vidmate front.
