Given your budget, I like druid of potency armor /helm, recurve of potency (or magma blades of brutality), elondrian pendant of security and ring of celerity. I also like the wild talisman of potency but it's pretty expensive.

If I could afford it, I'd trade my ring for a blood ruby. The extra health would be nice.

I don't think the small amount of extra damage from fang of fenrir is worth the health /armor sacrifice but just my opinion.

the brutality boe is good to bcoz it has great dps and it gives you great health bonus i recommed this to use this in elite so you wont get instakilled in pvp i would use potency
