Fireball around you

I would like to know how some players have a fireball around them like a buff. Is it a tittle? Is it come from pvp achivement? Thanks for answering

I think you can plat buy it from a vendor in stronghold to stop ice freezing you in nordr maps? Could be wrong

Its firebug elixir, you can buy for 15 plats, duration 45 minutes and paused in towns.
You can also get it by taking quest: Daily: Light the Path!, from nordr jurn woods

Yeah i knew it but when it's an elixir theres is something like a green circle around ur feet .. but i have seen some players lvl 10 - that haave this fireball without that green circle like and every activated elixir.
