Screen lag or exclusive "Dust Bunny" Vanity

Hey gang
I noticed recently that my toons have been covered in a gray "dust bunny" from time to time. It doesn't seem to affect the toon, it typically is there for a few seconds then dissolves. I check my ping and it's typically at or under 100. Has this happened to anyone else?

You mean grey iron parts? It is ironbite's AA or littlebear's AA.
