Because some vanity items are not meant to be given away or traded. for instance the founder helm signifies that you were a player during the first week of Pocket Legends. Now imagine if you could just trade that away, say you did trade it away, and someone challenged your boast of being a first week founder/member of PL, how would you prove yourself otherwise? You've traded the helm away proving this fact, but now have nothing else to back up your story. case an point, it would cause other problems, people being scammed for items they purchased with platinum who paid actual cash for their platinum items. or even from a 3rd angle, if anyone who had a lot of platinum were to simply purchase a platinum item and sell it for gold, they could then charge ridicules prices for said item and it simply wouldnt end well. Another perfect example, this bug was fixed so i heard, there were users exploiting the plat purchased recipes of l77 lustrous items and selling them in the consignment shop for ridicules prices, and making gold off of it. theres a post by sinful about this happening in the crafting thread. How is that fair to other users who spend time farming for these recipes spending countless hours hoping for one of these to drop, when someone else can simply purchase the recipe for 30 plat and then sell it for 300-500k gold?

Yea, i edited my previous statement from page one. that vanities now should be trade able, I like the idea of someone paying me 8-12 million for this little lucky hat that I parade around in, its such a great conversation starter too.

now im having mixed feelings, I'd probably be upset a day later if i sold it, but then again, if it went for the right price, i could buy far more interesting vanities to talk about, so i guess im 50/50 on this issue now. yea i love this hat and yea i love having enough gold so i can buy what ever I please in PL. SIGH<>EXHALE....idk what I want...i guess if it came time to make a choice, id say make em trade able.
