What's the best Lv 40 PVP build

Hi all, I have just reached lv 40 yesterday and I was curious about the best lv 40 PVP build.
My current build is all points in Dex.
Skills:
4/5 shadow pierce
5/5 aimed shot
5/5 nox bolt
5/5 combat medic

Passives:
5/5 int
5/5 might
5/5 crit
5/5 agility

When you level up to 41, this is my favourite build for pvp.

Aimed - 5/5
Nox - 3/5 - 1,4,5
Piercer - 2/5 - 1,4
Medic - 5/5

Passives
Dex - 5/5
Str - 5/5
Int - 5/5
Damage - 5/5
Crit - 5/5

How you distribute your skills varies with different playstyles but I would advice putting a few points in int and str as opposed to a pure dex build.
