wheres to farm Vials of undead ectoplasm ???

i see the thread : Visit Paracelsus the Alchemist to Start theUndead Whelp Crafting Quest! in AL announcements.
its says : ".......undead ectoplasm only drops from elite mobs."

so, my question is : its drop from all elite mobs in all elite maps OR any specific elite maps ??

Welllll first day of the quest those vials were dropping left and right. After the update and hours and hours of farming elites... Not a single vial have I seen drop. These will end up being quite valuable.

I asked Remiem and she said you can find them in Elite Brackenridge. #crashingprices

This item is like under 20k or lower .-. Why bother to waste your time farming it? Just buy it in CS and farm locks instead, their better then farming this lel.
