All arcane items is still available in elite golden chest, except Hooks, Nekro's egg (this has to be crafted from arcane recipe and not available in elite golden chest and locked), arcane fossil, and arcane ring (same like Nekro's egg, this has to be crafted), but they are extremly RARE drop like 0.001% drop rate.
And all mythic items level 26, 31, 36, and 41 is still available in elite golden chest.

No, arcane hooks are discontinued they don't drop anymore.
