No offense but there is no need to make a thread about this. You can simply ask this kind of question in-game since most oldies and a couple of newbies like me were here when forgotten bows dropped. They dropped 2012 halloween.

You could get them during 2012 Halloween and I think in the Forgotten Treasure Vault, both of which are long gone.
