PvP Mage Build Level 40

Guys please comment, improve, help, gimme tops on my weapons, armor, skills, passives etc. Thanks guys sorry for some double pics. I got this build from another thread. Please help thx.

First of all, go to WT4 and get to 41. Second of all, if you go in to pvp with that gear, you will get absolutely wrecked. At the very least, get an ancient druid of brutality helm and armor (l41), an expedition rifle of brutality (l41), another ring and amulet, and go do some elite runs of farm locks and get money for a myth set. Also going into pvp without shield is suicide.

Wrong build, this will make you dying so easily even fast than other correct build.

Dex is for rogues.
For sorcerers you should invest in Intelligence.

I put all in int except 10, which I stuck in str, I like that little boost in health
