Error message when buying platinum

When I attempt to buy platinum. After entering my iTunes account, the message pops up saying "this is not a user test account, please create a new account in the sandbox environment". If I create new account, my character datas are gone.

Any advice?

Is happeneing to me to but saying "cant purchase this item with this account" "u must purchase the app that this item is for before u can purchase this item."
