Exit/ Closing Bug?

When I'm in the auction every now and then it will just close and go back to the game for no reason or I'm in the character screen or Inventory screen and BAM!.. just goes back to the game. I've even laid the Samsung captivate down as to make sure that I'm not accidentally touching the screen somewhere and it still does it. Gets fairly annoying when I'm in the Auction and have entered min/max lvl, name of item and click search and then BAM!... goes back to game... then I have to enter all the info again and hope that it doesn't close it back out again. Does anyone know why this is happening?

EDIT: It may have been the ROM I was using. I have put a new ROM on the phone and reinstalled Pocket Legends and everything seems to be working great so far. Will update if that changes.
