Duckfoots, icy mage staffs, some swords and snowball launchers can freeze. And shivering talon hs that proc too.
There are no bows that can freeze. Bows can stun and blind only.
The level 77 lustrous staff has a freezing proc on auto attack *correct me if im wrong*

Not true, there are LE bows that freeze.
bows can also focus proc, as well as fire dmg for several xbows
but it doesnt mention the focus proc
Crystalline Bow cannot freeze, it can emit a Blinding Proc, that lowers your opponent's hit by -15%.

I don't think so. I've never seen the "seeing yellow stars" animation caused by a crys bow. But you kits go ahead and just test it in a pvp room
