Hey guys,
Sorry to hear about your problems connecting. That error comes up when your game can't connect and talk to the game server. I see that your location is the Philippines. The game server is in Virginia, USA. It may be that something is not allowing your internet traffic to make it there.
You might try playing on a different Wifi or a cellular connection to troubleshoot it.
