best pvp lv range?

i need a level range with lots of pvp people and sets that are 600k and below

Imo 66, 35, and endgame are the most fun.
56 is pretty easy for any bear new to pvp and 71 bear is pretty easy too but I don't think it's fun

dont forget 10-20. At those levels you can get a forgotten bow and artisan and have a okay time.

- decent lvl besides beckon stomp bears

Actually if your a bear at 56 you can get good gear for 350k out of the cs.
