Possible endgame tournament?

Hey guys -

I'm curious to know (from the level 77's) if these sets are balanced. If so, I'd love to throw a fun tournament for all.

If I held this tournament it wouldn't be for quite a bit. I know school's starting for many and people need some time to settle in. Plus, the cap hasn't been out for that long and players still want to grind and farm.

No its because its the only set thats better than bsm sets, obviously the bear itself is op but the set is the only one better than bsm (if I am right).
