DL bugs?

For the past few days DL has been acting strange. It keeps saying the server is down, and I know it's not it also does it when I try and switch avatars under the same account.. and it's not just happening to me, my guildies are having the same problem...

I actually had to restart my device to get it to work, then it did the same thing again 10 mins later. I know it's just not us.. I've heard a handfuls of people complain about it.

Yeah many people tell me on the game about this problem then it's not a Internet connections then is the server problem

Try this don't restart your phone log in if the same message still close the game then go to configuration of your phone and look on applications option select the game and force to stop then again open the game and log in if don't work try it again the same process until you can log in i was trying that maybe works for you too now when im log out and game go to main screen where you can log in again that message appear lol

Hi all. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with the DL servers. I've passed this along to the devs and we will work on getting it resolved asap.

Server has been ACTUALLY taken down, or at least is planned for real shutdown/maintenance, according to system message received in-game.

I can confirm that it was entirely possible to circumvent the previous server shutdown message, at least on Android based client.
The method is basically to sit on the message screen, then pop back to desktop/main device page, then click DL icon again, usually worked within one or two tries, then kicks to the loading/login screen.

I believe it was something akin to a "false message" that tricked devices into thinking that the server was still down, despite MANY people still being on and able to play.

I was able to access the game since the last maintenance on different devices/platforms. (Sony Xperia Android, Samsung Tab, iPhone 4S).
