Arcane Legends "Take It To The Grave" Halloween Contest | Get Your Story in Game!

Have you always wanted your chance to be immortalized in Arcane Legends? Now is your chance!

Halloween is fast approaching and the gates to Necropolis will be opening for a limited time during the Halloween Event. The graveyard isn't just full of unmarked graves, though. Those headstones mark the graves of some of the most loved, feared and hated characters in Arcane Legends, and they need an equally epic epitaph engraved above their eternal resting places.

Try your hand at writing the epitaph for one of these headstones, and the very best of the best will be put into the game for all to see!

Here's how it works!

- Select a boss, enemy or other NPC in Arcane Legends who met an untimely demise, to be your subject.
- Write an epitaph of up to 200 characters to commemorate the passing of the character you have chosen.
- Submit your entry as a response to this thread with the following format:

IGN: Remiem
Character: Captain Bloodhammer
Epitaph: Yo ho ho and a bottle of rum. Captain Bloodhammer was a pretty good chum, until one of his own cannonballs knocked him on his bum.

This thread will close to submissions Wednesday September 10th, 2014 at 12:00 pm CDT

Rules
- Only one submission per person. You must select only ONE character for which to write an epitaph.
- Please follow the forum rules with your entries: No profanity, racism, insulting language, etc.
- You may edit your submission up until the contest close date.
- Chosen character must be a NPC (non-player character), actual players (including yourself) may not be used.

Judging
The Spacetime Development and Community Team will select the top epitaph for each of the 5 characters to be included in the game.

Prizes
Winners will, of course, see their winning epitaph on the headstones in the Halloween event. Headstones will appear as NPC's that you may interact with to see each epitaph.

On top of that, each winner will receive 75 platinum and their choice of the Halloween vanities available during the event.

Elitaph: Here lie'eth the dragon, consumed by his rage. T'was thwarted by brave warrior, quick rogue and wise mage. Alargan sleeps here so beware whence you trot, the monster is slain, but this stone is still hot!

NPC: Rendtail

Epitaph: The beast that would slay everyone in his way,
had the same done to him on Halloween day.
This stone here is for everybody to see,
that he had been decimated by yours truly.

Epitaph:

Jarl of Brackenridge sly as a fox
Yet still
Poor Jarl was killed

NPC: Bael II- the revenge

Epitaph: The evil Bael was defeated long time ago,
by several adventurers thirsty for blood,
but today, it's his revenge. Bael II is his name,
stronger and angrier than before,

wish luck in battle to those heroes!

Since it says only 5 npcs will be used for tombstones it would be helpful if we knew which 5 npcs that it would be......
Example i made mine about jarl....but if jarl is not one of the five npcs used it would be totally pointless do you follow what im saying?

They will choose the 5 NPCs that win, so just use any NPC and you will have an equal shot.
